Responsible for assigned procurement activities to achieve efficient, on-time, and cost-effective delivery of quality materials necessary for Nanosys manufacturing, R&D, and facility operations. Assists in the development and implementation of Nanosys’ procurement strategies and supply management programs. Works closely with engineering, sales, and manufacturing to fully understand their needs, and responds accordingly to fulfill them. Develops and maintains close positive ethical relationships with suppliers, and continuously monitors their ability to meet our requirements.
